Department of Public Works

The Stoughton Public Works Department manages the construction, maintenance, cleaning and use of publicLoader infrastructure throughout the town. The Public Works Department is made up of:

  • Forestry and Parks
  • Highway
  • Fleet Maintenance
  • Sanitation

We are responsible for:

  • Cleaning and repairing of storm drains
  • Park maintenance
  • Curbside trash and recycling pick up
  • Snow removal
  • Streets
  • Traffic lights and signals
