Town Manager Tom Calter Welcomes Inspector General Jeffrey Shapiro

Town Manager Thomas Calter would like to thank Inspector General Jeffrey Shapiro for visiting our new community center last Friday.  He was particularly impressed with our commitment to historical preservation while creating a beautiful, modern gathering place for Stoughton residents.  Inspector General Shapiro was astounded that so much work can be done for such little money and offered to work together in an effort to reduce the cost of municipal construction throughout the Commonwealth.  We look forward to working alongside him in the future.
